Please choose carefully as we do not refund money if you simply change your mind. We will however help you exchange a product if you have purchased the wrong size, or if the product that does not suit your needs exactly. We will endeavour to find the correct product size for you or a product that will suit you better.
If you would like to return any products purchased from Kayaker Limited you must notify us prior by phone 06 323 4000 or by email email@example.com. Only after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number, you can send the product back to us. Strictly delivery with signature only. The returned product(s) must be:
• received in new condition, unused and complete including all accessories included with the product
• received in its original inner and outer packaging
• received with the original or a copy of the invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase
• received within 14 days of the date of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping of the returning item(s).
KAYAKER Limited reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete, damaged, used or otherwise non-conforming returns or to charge a restocking fee for such non-conforming returns.
For the purpose of the return and refund policy the boats that have been put on water are considered used.
Items purchased on special can’t be returned and are non-refundable.
